the Mandarins by Simone de Beauvoir. I'm at work right now because I agreed to cover a couple of shifts for my coworkers (but weekday shifts mean I work

alone, which means I work reception, which means I have to interact with visitors). Still listening to that sad holiday playlist. Have also been listening

to White Chalk by PJ Harvey-- underrated album! As I was typing this my sorta-boss complimented my Joy Division t-shirt and my haircut which I find ridiculously

funny for some reason, thank you Sandra! One nice thing about working at an art gallery is that your band/artist t-shirts will always be complimented. Fiona Apple

has recieved the most attention so far. Also: it's been snowing and I cut my hair. Well, back to working on papers and studying for exams :(
